The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s internal procedure in an open contractor selection process. The evaluation criteria will be as follows:
-Price
-Delivery time
-Technical evaluation of the quotation

In order to select the Contractor, please submit your quotation in accordance with the requirements set out in this Invitation to Submit a Quotation.

Quotation submission deadline: 04.09.2026, 2.00 p.m.
Method of submission: via the LOGINTRADE purchasing platform.

Information will be provided on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. via the LOGINTRADE purchasing platform until 28.08.2026.

CONTENT OF THE QUOTATION
The quotation should include:
1. PRICE FORM specifying the unit price of the Product, including transport costs to the Contracting Authority’s premises on DDP terms, Orlen Petrobaltic S.A., ul. Stary Dwór 9, 80-758 Gdańsk, Incoterms 2020;
2. Payment terms – preferred: 30 days after delivery of goods;
3. Warranty terms for the Product – certificate; technical data sheets; specifications;
4. Quotation validity period (minimum 60 days required).


RESERVATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY
1. The Contractor is obliged to review the information contained in this Invitation to Submit a Quotation and prepare the quotation in accordance with the requirements specified herein.
2. The Contracting Authority shall not bear any costs incurred by the Contractor in connection with the preparation of the quotation or participation in any potential negotiations.
3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reject any quotation without providing justification.
4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Submit a Quotation without providing justification and to conduct negotiations with the selected Contractor(s) until the contract is signed. The selection of a Contractor or Contractors for further negotiations shall not constitute acceptance of the quotation nor the settlement of the tender within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
5. The Contracting Authority reserves that all information provided in this Invitation to Submit a Quotation, as well as any other information and documents provided to the Contractor in connection with the preparation of the quotation, constitute legally protected business secrets of the Contracting Authority.
6. The order shall be subject to the currently applicable “General Terms and Conditions of Purchase” of Orlen Petrobaltic S.A., available at:

7. The Bidder/Supplier declares that it has read the document “ORLEN Group Supplier Code of Conduct,” published on the website www.orlen.pl at: https://www.orlen.pl/pl/dla-biznesu/przetargi-i-dostawy/dostawy/kodeks-postepowania-dla-dostawcow The Bidder/Supplier declares that it possesses a copy thereof and undertakes to apply and comply with it in cooperation with the Contracting Authority. The Bidder/Supplier is also obliged to familiarize its subcontractors with the above-mentioned document.
