Rurociąg powinien posiadać 3 warstwową powłokę zewnętrzną (3L /PE lub PP)

Kontrahent zostanie wyłoniony zgodnie z wewnętrzną procedurą Zamawiającego, w nieograniczonym procesie wyboru kontrahenta, a kryterium wyboru będzie:
a) Cena
b) Termin realizacji
d) Ocena techniczna oferty

W celu wyłonienia kontrahenta prosimy o złożenie oferty zgodnie z wytycznymi zawartymi w niniejszym zaproszeniu do złożenia oferty.

Termin złożenia oferty: 28 PAŹDZERINIKA 2025 , do godz. 17:00

Sposób złożenia oferty: poprzez platformę zakupową LOGINTRADE.

Informacje będą udzielane w dni robocze, w godzinach 9ºº - 14ºº za pośrednictwem platformy zakupowej LOGINTRADE do dnia: 23 PAŹDZERINIKA 2025.

ZAWARTOŚĆ OFERTY
Oferta powinna zawierać:
1. FORMULARZ CENOWY zawierający cenę jednostkową Produktu, uwzględniającą koszt transportu do siedziby Zamawiającego na warunkach DDP, Orlen Petrobaltic S.A, ul. Stary Dwór 9, 80-758 Gdańsk, Incoterms 2020;
2. Warunki płatności – preferowane 30 dni po dostawie towaru;
3. Warunki gwarancji na Produkt – atest; karty technologiczne ; specyfikacje
4. Okres ważności oferty (wymagane minimum 60 dni);


ZASTRZEŻENIA ZAMAWIAJĄCEGO
1. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zapoznać się z informacjami zawartymi w niniejszym zaproszeniu do złożenia oferty i przygotować ofertę zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w tym dokumencie.
2. Zamawiający nie będzie ponosić jakichkolwiek kosztów Wykonawcy związanych ze sporządzeniem oferty i udziałem wykonawcy w ewentualnych negocjacjach.
3. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo odrzucenia oferty Wykonawcy bez podania przyczyny.
4. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do odwołania niniejszego zaproszenia do złożenia oferty bez podania przyczyny oraz możliwość przeprowadzenia negocjacji z wybranym Wykonawcą lub Wykonawcami do chwili podpisania umowy. Wybór Wykonawcy lub Wykonawców do dalszych negocjacji nie stanowi przyjęcia oferty ani rozstrzygnięcia przetargu w rozumieniu polskiego kodeksu cywilnego.
5. Zamawiający zastrzega, że wszystkie informacje przekazane w niniejszym zaproszeniu do złożenia oferty oraz wszelkie inne informacje i dokumenty jakie zostaną przekazane Wykonawcy w związku z przygotowaniem oferty stanowią prawnie chronioną tajemnicę przedsiębiorstwa Zamawiającego.
6. Do zamówienia będą miały zastosowanie aktualnie obowiązujące w Orlen Petrobaltic S.A. „Ogólne warunki zamówienia” dostępne pod adresem: https://www.lotos.pl/344/poznaj_lotos/nasze_spolki/lotos_petrobaltic/do_pobrania
7. Oferent/ Dostawca, oświadcza iż zapoznał się z dokumentem „Kodeks Postępowania dla Dostawców GK ORLEN”, opublikowanym na stronie internetowej: www.orlen.pl pod linkiem: https://www.orlen.pl/pl/dla-biznesu/przetargi-i-dostawy/dostawy/kodeks-postepowania-dla-dostawcow. Oferent/ Dostawca oświadcza, że posiada jego kopię oraz zobowiązuje się do jego stosowania oraz przestrzegania we współpracy z Zamawiającym. Oferent/ Dostawca zobowiązany jest ponadto do zapoznania swoich podwykonawców z ww. dokumentem.

Dear Sirs,
Orlen Petrobaltic S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Entity"), with its registered office in Gdańsk, ul. Stary Dwór 9, invites Contractors to submit an offer for the supply of CTP Pipeline 4" x 0.3" (101.6 x 7.62 mm):

1. CTP Pipeline 4" x 0.3" (101.6 x 7.62 mm)
Coiled Tubing Pipe
Diameter: 4" x 0.3" (101.6 x 7.62 mm)
Tubing Grade: API-5LCP-XC70C – 6000 m

A pipeline made of CTP sections will be laid on the seabed at a depth of about 80 m by a vessel with a reel system.
Pipeline CPT 4” coating:
The pipeline should have a three-layer external coating (3L / PE or PP)

Technical Data 

 
The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the internal procedure of the Contracting Entity, in an open contractor selection process, and the selection criteria will be:
a) Price
b) Delivery time
c) Technical evaluation of the offer

In order to select the Contractor, please submit your offer in accordance with the guidelines set out in this Invitation to Tender.

Deadline for submission of the offer: 28 OCTOBER 2025, by 17:00.

Submission method: via the LOGINTRADE procurement platform.

Additional information will be provided on business days, between 9:00 – 14:00, through the LOGINTRADE procurement platform until 23 October 2025.

CONTENT OF THE OFFER
The offer should include:
1. Price Form containing the unit price of the Product, including transportation costs to the Contracting Entity’s registered office on DDP terms, Orlen Petrobaltic S.A., ul. Stary Dwór 9, 80-758 Gdańsk, Incoterms 2020;
2. Terms of payment – preferred 30 days after delivery of goods;
3. Warranty terms for the Product – certificates; technical data sheets; specifications;
4. Validity period of the offer (minimum required: 60 days).

RESERVATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING ENTITY
1. The Contractor is obliged to review the information contained in this Invitation to Tender and its annexes and prepare the tender in accordance with the requirements specified in this document.
2. The Contracting Entity shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the Contractor in connection with the preparation of the offer or the Contractor’s participation in any negotiations.
3. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to reject the Contractor’s offer without providing any reason.
4. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Tender without providing any reason and to conduct negotiations with the selected Contractor(s) until the signing of the contract. The selection of the Contractor(s) for further negotiations does not constitute acceptance of the offer nor the award of a contract within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
5. The Contracting Entity stipulates that all information provided in this Invitation to Tender, as well as any other information and documents submitted to the Contractor in connection with the preparation of the bid, constitute legally protected trade secrets of the Contracting Entity
6. The order shall be executed under the currently applicable General Terms and Conditions of Orlen Petrobaltic S.A., available at: https://www.lotos.pl/en/753/lotos_group/our_companies/lotos_petrobaltic/download
7. The Contractor declares that it has reviewed the document “Supplier Code of Conduct of the ORLEN Group”, published on the website www.orlen.pl under the link: https://www.orlen.pl/en/for-business/tenders-and-supplies/deliveries/supplier-code-of-conduct . The Contractor declares that it holds a copy of this document and undertakes to apply and comply with it in cooperation with the Contracting Entity. Furthermore, the Contractor shall ensure that its subcontractors are made familiar with the aforementioned document.
