Please note that in accordance with point 5 B of Request for proposal no ZU/226/2025/AŚ you have the possibility to ask questions related Attachment no 11, but only within the deadline indicated in point 5 B of Request for proposal no ZU/226/2025/AŚ. After that deadline no question can be asked.

1. The scan and the wet signed hardcopy of Non- disclosure statement – Attachment no 7 shall be sent by 15th of July 2025 5 p.m. CET.
2. Questions, including the questions related to Important Provisions of the Future Agreement/ Order (Attachment no 11), can be submitted only via the Procurement Platform no later than by 15.07.2025, 5 p.m. CET.
3. The Bidder interested in the Request for Proposal is required to submit an Offer only via the Procurement Platform by 29th of July 2025 , 5 p.m. CET.

The following changes are introduced to the Request for proposal NO ZU/226/2025/AŚ:
1. In point 1. A.2 CONFIDENTIALITY statements item 2) DEADLINE:
“2. DEADLINE: The scan and the wet signed hardcopy of Non- disclosure statement – Attachment no 7 shall be sent by 15th of July 2025 5 p.m. CET and from 22nd July 2025 to 25th of July 2025.
2. In point 5 INFORMATION ON QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS item B:
“B. Questions, including the questions related to Important Provisions of the Future Agreement/ Order (Attachment no 11), can be submitted only via the Procurement Platform no later than by 15.07.2025, 5 p.m. CET and from 22nd of July to 25th of July 2025, 5 p.m. CET.
3. In point 6 DESCRIPTION OF THE METHOD OF PREPARING OFFERS item B:

THE MAIN CHANGE OF UPDATE 6 IS RELATED TO THE REQUIRED SCOPE OF WORK. AS INDICATED IN ATTACHMENT NO 8 TO RFP – COMMERCIAL OFFER FORM, WE ARE REQUIRING LUMP SUM PRICE FOR PREPARATION OF REPAIR TECHNOLOGY AND THE ACTUAL HOURLY LABOUR RATE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE REPAIR. Update no 9 of the Request for proposal no ZU/226/2025/AŚ – 30th of September 2025:
Please be informed about the following changes in the Request for proposal no ZU/226/2025/AŚ:
1.In reference to one of the Bidder’s questions entitled:
1) “Structure of Commercial Proposal (Attachment 8) and Scope Update 7 COST + items” and Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. reply made to this question on the 16th of September 2025
2) “STRUCTURE OF COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL (ATTACHMENT 8) AND
SCOPE UPDATE 7, point 2. Cost+ Items and Adjustments” and Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. reply made to this question , we specify that:
a) The acceptable wording related to the costs of subcontractors in Attachment no 11 Important provisions of the future Order/ Agreement is included in particular in Section 3 item 4 Attachment 11 update 9.
b)The costs of materials will be will be calculated in accordance with the wording included in in Section 3 item 3 Attachment 11 update 9. Please note that the invoice has to include the information on the used materials and the prices corresponding to these used materials. The information on the invoices has to be accurate and exact.
2.In reference to one of the Bidder’s question entitled “OTHER COMMERCIAL REMARKS- DELAYS Caused by ordering party ROUND 2” and Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. reply made to this question on the 12th of September 2025, we specify that:
a) the wording acceptable for Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. related to a delay caused by the Ordering Party is included in Section 11 item 7 3) Attachment 11 update 9.
b) In relation to the remark related to equitable adjustment in price, please note that all the prices filled in by the bidders in the Attachment no 8 (commercial offer form) are fixed and unchanged and they will be binding for the selected bidder during the Agreement/ Order duration. No changes are acceptable at a later stage. Please refer to the wording Section 3 item 8 Attachment 11 update 9.
3.In reference to one of the Bidder’s question entitled “OTHER COMMERCIAL REMARKS- ERRORS AND OMMISIONS ROUND 2” and Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. reply made to this question on the 12th of September 2025, we specify that the acceptable wording related to errors in the documentation provided by the Ordering Party in Attachment no 11 Important provisions of the future Order/ Agreement is included in Section 11 item 9) Attachment 11 update 9.
We pay attention to the fact that one Order/ Agreement covering all scope of work defined in the Request for Proposal will be concluded with the selected Bidder.
We pay attention to the fact that the required method of payment is indicated in Section 3 item 10.
Please note that one of the Bidder’s question’s related to the bank/ insurance guarantee was replied in the questions mode on 30th of September 2025.
Consequently, please note the Bidders are required to submit the offer on the updated Attachments 8 Commercial Offer Form_update 9 and Attachment no 12 acceptance of IPoFA_update 9. The remaining required document have to be submitted on previous up-to date forms.
The prices should be filled in Attachment 8 Commercial Offer Form_update 9 , not on Logintrade.
Please note that the deadline for offers submission is extended to 6st of October 2025 12.00 p.m. CET.

Please submit the offer for the Request of Proposal no ZU/226/2025/AŚ for the performance of repair of drums at the DCU 960 plant at the refinery in Gdańsk in Poland.

Please note that in order to receive Attachments no 1-6 you are required to provide the harcopy of duly signed Attachment no 7 in the mode defined in the Request of Proposal.
