Please be informed about update no 1 to the Request for proposal no ZU/226/2025/AŚ that introduces Attachment no 11 to the Request of proposal - Important provisions of the future Order/ Agreement.

Please note that in accordance with point 5 B of Request for proposal no ZU/226/2025/AŚ you have the possibility to ask questions related Attachment no 11, but only within the deadline indicated in point 5 B of Request for proposal no ZU/226/2025/AŚ. After that deadline no question can be asked.

UPDATE no 2 - 8th of July 2025

Please be informed about the change of the following dates:

1. The scan and the wet signed hardcopy of Non- disclosure statement – Attachment no 7 shall be sent by 15th of July 2025 5 p.m. CET.

2. Questions, including the questions related to Important Provisions of the Future Agreement/ Order (Attachment no 11), can be submitted only via the Procurement Platform no later than by 15.07.2025, 5 p.m. CET.

3. The Bidder interested in the Request for Proposal is required to submit an Offer only via the Procurement Platform by 29th of July 2025 , 5 p.m. CET.

The following changes are introduced to the Request for proposal NO ZU/226/2025/AŚ:

1. In point 1. A.2 CONFIDENTIALITY statements item 2) DEADLINE:
“2. DEADLINE: The scan and the wet signed hardcopy of Non- disclosure statement – Attachment no 7 shall be sent by 15th of July 2025 5 p.m. CET and from 22nd July 2025 to 25th of July 2025.

2. In point 5 INFORMATION ON QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS item B:
“B. Questions, including the questions related to Important Provisions of the Future Agreement/ Order (Attachment no 11), can be submitted only via the Procurement Platform no later than by 15.07.2025, 5 p.m. CET and from 22nd of July to 25th of July 2025, 5 p.m. CET.

3. In point 6 DESCRIPTION OF THE METHOD OF PREPARING OFFERS item B:
“B. The Bidder interested in the Request for Proposal is required to submit an Offer only via the Procurement Platform by 1st of August 2025 , 5 p.m. CET”

Please be informed about the update no 6 to Request for proposal ZU/226/2025.
Update no 6 introduces changes into the documents that replace former versions of these documents:
1) Request for proposal ZU/226/2025/AŚ
2) Attachment no 8 to RFP – Commercial Offer form
3) Attachment no 9 to RFP – Substantive Offer form
4) Attachment no 16 – declaration on copyrights
5) Attachment no 1 – Scope of work*

* made available only after providing signed Non-disclosure statement – Attachment no 7 to RFP.

All the recent changes in the above documents are marked in green.


THE MAIN CHANGE OF UPDATE 6 IS RELATED TO THE REQUIRED SCOPE OF WORK. AS INDICATED IN ATTACHMENT NO 8 TO RFP – COMMERCIAL OFFER FORM, WE ARE REQUIRING LUMP SUM PRICE FOR PREPARATION OF REPAIR TECHNOLOGY AND THE ACTUAL HOURLY LABOUR RATE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE REPAIR. DETAILS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS OR THE DOCUMENTS MADE AVAILABLE AFTER DELIVERY OF SIGNED ATTACHMENT NO 7 AS STATED IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ZU/226/2025/AŚ.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL IN THE PRICES ON LOGINTRADE - YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT FILLED IN ATTACHMENT NO 8


Please note that the deadline for delivery via Logintrade of:

- signed Non-disclosure statement – Attachment no 7 to RFP is 28th of August 2025

- questions, including questions related to Important provisions of the Future Agreement/ Order, and for Online meeting referred to in item A.3 of RFP is 29th of August 2025 12.00 CET.

- Offer submission is 5th of September 2025.

Dear Madams and/ or Sirs

Please submit the offer for the Request of Proposal no ZU/226/2025/AŚ for the performance of repair of drums at the DCU 960 plant at the refinery in Gdańsk in Poland.

All the details are included in the Request of Proposal no ZU/226/2025/AŚ and the attachments.

Please note that in order to receive Attachments no 1-6 you are required to provide the harcopy of duly signed Attachment no 7 in the mode defined in the Request of Proposal.

Attachment no 11 - Important Provisions of the Future Agreement / Order will be provided later by means of an update of the Request of Proposal.

formal requirements: The provision of the references/ other documents, acceptance reports confirming the Bidder’s experience in both performance of works/ services compliant with the Request of proposal and the performance of works on DCU reactors delivery constitutes a formal condition for participation in this bidding process.
