Please be informed about the change in REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL No. ZU/043/2025/AŚ.
In Item 9.0 BIDDERS QUESTIONS the following provision is added:
"Questions regarding the Request for Proposal will be answered only via the Logintrade Procurement Platform.
Answers to questions received within the above deadline will be provided to all Bidders via the Procurement Platform, but if the questions are related to Attachment No. 1, the Answers to these questions will be provided only to those Bidders who have submitted signed Attachment No. 2 to RFP.
Questions that are received after the indicated deadline will not be considered."

Please submit the offer for the Request for Proposal no ZU/043/2025/AŚ for HSS Removal from MDEA system via Mobile Reclaiming Unit 2025, Refinery in Gdańsk, Poland.
Detailed information are included in the attachments. But please note that in order to achieve Attachment no 1 Scope of works, you need to submit Bidder's information protection declaration (Attachment No. 2) in the Q&A mode on the Logintrade Platform.
As far as commercial offer is concerned, please do not write the prices on Logintrade but please submit filled in Attachment no 5.
