1. Subject of the inquiry: The subject of this inquiry is the supply of ARI-100EXL catalytic reagent

 WE DO NOT ACCEPT SUBSTITUTES. In the case of returnable packaging, please include this information in your offer (including the barrel rental price).

2. Delivery dates: ASAP, please provide the delivery date within business days from the date of receipt of the signed order. We accept partial deliveries.

3. Preferred delivery terms: DDP Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o., in accordance with Incoterms 2020. Payment term 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.

4. Validity of the offer: Required validity period of the offer - min. 30 days from the date of submission of the offer

5. Expiry date of the product: min. 6 months from the dispatch date

6. Sanction clause

The company submitting an offer in response to the above request for quotation, in relation to the prohibitions specified in particular:

a) Council Regulation of the Council (EU) no. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 r. concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU L No. 229, p. 1, as amended),

b) Council Regulation of the Council (EC) no. 765/2006 of 18 May 2006 on the limiting measures in view of the situation in Belarus and the participation of Belarus in the aggression of Russia against Ukraine (OJ EU L No. 134, p. 1, as amended),

c) Council Regulation (EU) 2022/263 of 23 February 2022 concerning restrictive measures in response to the recognition of the non-government controlled areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine and the ordering of Russian armed forces into those areas (Official Journal of the EU. L.2022.42l, p. 77, as amended),

d) Council Regulation (EU) No 692/2014 of 23 June 2014, concerning restrictions on the import into the Union of goods originating in Crimea or Sevastopol, in response to the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol (Official Journal of the EU. L. No 183, p. 9, as amended,

hereby declares, that goods/products (also including goods/products delivered as a part of provided services) purchased by Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. with its main office in Gdańsk, do not originate or have not been removed from Russia or Belarus or the Luhansk or Donetsk regions (territories of Ukraine).

6. Form and content of the offer:

6.1. Substantive inquiries

Any substantive inquiries regarding technical specifications should be asked via the Logintrade purchasing platform. Contact outside the designated path may result in the supplier being excluded from this contractor selection procedure.

6.3. Submitting offers

The bidder submits an offer exclusively via the Logintrade Purchasing Platform. The offer must include confirmation of the requirements set out in the request for quotation and a clear indication of any deviations from the requirements, if any.

The offer should be prepared in Polish or English.

The substantive (technical) part must include:

a. Technical information required in the request for quotation, excluding the price, including:

- SDS safety data sheets and technical specifications in Polish,

- delivery time from the date of order confirmation,

- declaration regarding compliance with selected requirements of the REACH regulation (if applicable) - Annex 1,

- confirmation of sending a certificate of quality

- CN code.

The commercial part must include:

a. Unit price for delivery under the terms of DDP Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o.,

b. Filled and signed Annex 1, signed Annex 2 & Annex 4

Formal documentation:

during the purchase procedure, Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. may ask you to provide scans of the following documents:

• Company registration documents,

• Power of attorney to submit an offer,

• In the case of foreign entities – tax residency certificate.

• Permit/license or declaration that the conducted activity does not require them,

• Financial statement for the last financial year

7. Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. reserves the right to invalidate the contractor selection process, to close the process without selecting a contractor and to conduct negotiations with the selected bidder or bidders until the contract is signed/the order is issued. The selection of the bidder(s) for further negotiations does not constitute acceptance of the offer or settlement of the tender within the meaning of the Civil Code.

8. All information presented in this document is intended solely for the purpose of preparing the oiffer and should under no circumstances be used in any other way or for other purposes.

9. Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o. reserves the right to accept/reject the offer in whole or in part.
