INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER LPB/KJ/160037725/2024

LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A. (hereinafter referred to as Employer) having its registered office in Gdansk, 80-758, ul. Stary Dwór 9 invites to participate in the the tender enquiry and to place an offer.
The subject of enquiry of the tender is the supply of the following items :
1. GUIDE CROSSHEAD (UPPER) Part no 0-6316-0182-01
EMSCO FB 1600 mud pump VARCO– 6 pcs

2. GUIDE CROSSHEAD(UPPER)P.N 0-6316-0181-01
EMSCO FB 1600 mud pump VARCO - 6 pcs

Parameters:

According to an internal procedure of LOTOS Petrobaltic, the Contractor will be selected in tender:
• unrestricted,

a selection criteria will be:
• price
• delivery time
• technical opinion

Deadline for asking the questions: 09.07.2024 12:00
Full offers should be placed at Logintrade till: 19.07.2024 at 5 p.m.

Information will be given by mail, through:
• purchasing platform LOGINTRADE, at the time indicated


CUSTOMER RESERVATIONS
1. The Contractor is obliged to refer to the information contained in this invitation to tender and its annexes and prepare a tender in accordance to the requirements specified in this document.
2. The Employer shall not be liable for any costs of the Contractor concerning the preparation of the offer and attended by the Contractor in any negotiations.
3. The Employer reserves the right to reject the offer of the Contractor for any reason.
4. The Employer reserves the right to cancel this tender without giving any reason and the ability to conduct negotiations with the selected Contractor or Contractors till the time of signing the contract. The choice of the Contractor or Contractors for further negotiations does not constitute acceptance of the offer within meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
5. The Employer reserves, that all information provided in this invitation to tender and any other information and documents that will be submitted to the Contractor in connection with the preparation of the bid are legally protected business secret Employer.

7. The Contractor declares that it has familiarized itself with the document "Code of Conduct for ORLEN Group Suppliers", published on the website: www.orlen.pl under the link: https://www.orlen.pl/en/for-business/tenders-and-supplies/deliveries/supplier-code-of-conduct
8. The Contractor declares that it has a copy of the document and undertakes to apply and observe it in cooperation with the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall furthermore familiarize its subcontractors with the aforementioned document.
