    Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Gdańsk, 80-718, at ul. Elbląska 135, invites you to submit an offer for the delivery of materials according to the specification and          attached documentation .

The bidder submits the offer only through the Logintrade Purchasing Platform. Please add offers as pdf attachment . Along with the offer, it is absolutely necessary to confirm the requirements set out in the content of the request for proposal and compliance with Rafineria Gdańska Sp z o.o. standards.


     In relation to the prohibitions specified in particular
     1. Council Regulation of the Council (EU) no. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 r. concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU L No.             229, p. 1, as amended), 
     2. Council Regulation of the Council (EC) no. 765/2006 of 18 May 2006 on the limiting measures in view of the situation in Belarus and the participation of Belarus in the aggression of 
         Russia against Ukraine (OJ EU L No. 134, p. 1, as amended),
     3. Council Regulation (EU) 2022/263 of 23 February 2022 concerning restrictive measures in response to the recognition of the non-government controlled areas of the Donetsk and              Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine and the ordering of Russian armed forces into those areas (Official Journal of the EU. L.2022.42l, p. 77, as amended), 
     4. Council Regulation (EU) No 692/2014 of 23 June 2014, concerning restrictions on the import into the Union of goods originating in Crimea or Sevastopol, in response to the illegal 
         annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol (Oficcial Journal of the EU. L. No 183, p. 9, as amended,

The offer should be prepare in 2 separate pdf files : Commercial and Technical . Below information must be included :

The commercial offer includes:

1. Price for the subject of this enquiry

2. Delivery time

3. Terms of delivery: DDP Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. in accordance with Incoterms 2010, (transport cost Packing etc ).

4. Validity of the offer: min. 60 days

5. Warranty period

5. Payment conditions if different than confimed by platform

Offer should include signed Appendix added below - Annex Sanction Clauses No 1 and Appendix no 2

The technical offer ( without prices ) includes :

a. Technical documentation, i.e. technical drawings, catalog cards.

b. products need to be new and has standard warranty 24 months – or other according producer declaration

Additional requirements:

- Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to accept whole offer or in part

- We reserve the right to select a supplier for specific items of the inquiry or to divide the product range among suppliers.

- Replacements of other producers than showed in the query are not allowed

- Offers from suppliers authorized by the required producers will be accepted

Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. can reject the offers with abnormally low price according information attached to the inquiry.

Failure to meet the above requirements may be the reason of rejecting the offer.

After finishing of the purchase procedure on Logintrade Paltform all bidders will be informed about final result.
