LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A., based in Gdansk, ul. Stary Dwor 9, Poland, invites Contractors to submit an offer for services & rental equipment for ahead workovers B3-5 & B3-6 according to information and requirements in Attachments.

1. BASIC INFORMATION.
A. THE SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. The scope of the Works for below Tasks:
1.1. B3-5 Workover - Schedule time: June 2021. Service shall begin around 22nd week of 2021
1.2. B3-6 Workover as optional workover - Schedule time: at 2021/2022 (no specific date).
Includes Rental equipment + 2x engineers travel to Lotos Petrobaltic S.A. address: 80-758 Gdansk, Stary Dwór 9 Street to work off-shore to perform B3-5 & B3-6 ESP Replacements.
1. Disassembly/assembly Tubing Hanger Receptacle from/in Tubing Hanger & Perform Tests (final electrical continuity and functional test: IR + CLR + Wet Mate Test: 5K/15min)
2. Measurement & check (electrical continuity and functional test IR + CLR) ESP feedthrough from subsea tree: Item 11 (PCE-A63-BQ-03S-000-FC) & item 8 (ROV-B57-BQ-03P-000-FC)
3.Measurement & check (electrical continuity and functional test) power jumper hoses (plugs)
4. Measurement & check: pressure sensor assembled on subsea tree. In cause of failure results then replace on new one. Tronic PN: T21457-00 SIEMENS PN: T33319
5. Measurement & check: PCF00050 Cables Aquatron: (electrical continuity and functional test)

B. ESTIMATED TIME OF PERFORMING SERVICE & RENTAL EQUIPMENT:
For B3-5 Workover :
Estimated date of commencement of workover is June 2021 and it is planned for 10 days service & 20 days rental equipment.
For B3-6 Workover:
Optional workover Schedule time: at 2021/2022 (no specific date).
Planned 10 days service & 20 days rental equipment.

2. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE METHOD USED FOR THE EVALUATION OF THE FULFILMENT OF THOSE CONDITIONS:
1. Contractors shall have experience in execution of the subject of the tender, over the last 3 years before submission of tender. Assessment of the fulfilment of the condition will be made on the basis of an analysis of the reference list of services or deliveries done to other entities which shall be submitted together with the tender.

3. CONTENTS OF EACH OFFER:
The offer should comprise:
1. full quotation of service & rental equipment for each workover installation (, price for stand-by and usage of specific tools). The Contractor shall be obliged to quote a price that includes all costs of the Contractor necessary to perform the works.
2. information how many servicemen will be needed for completion, installation, notice of mobilization;  
3. payment terms – 30 days after completion equipment delivery and installation;
4. warranty terms;
5. the acceptance of the SAFETY rules obligatory at the Customer’s facility (Attachment no 1)
6. validity of the offer – minimum 60 days from offer submission date;
7. valid certificate by a relevant head of the Tax Revenue Office confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with payment of taxes or a certificate that it has been legally exempted, its outstanding payments have been deferred or divided into instalments or the execution of a decision of a competent authority has been stopped – issued not earlier than 3 months before expiry of the tender submission date (only for Polish companies);
8. valid certificate by a relevant branch of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) or the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS) confirming that a Contractor is not in arrears with payment of health and social insurance premiums or confirming that it has been legally exempted, its outstanding payments have been deferred or divided into instalments or the execution of a decision of a competent authority has been stopped – issued not earlier than 3 months before expiry of the tender submission date (only for Polish companies);

4. RESERVATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The Contractor is required to read the information contained in this invitation to tender and prepare the offer in accordance with the requirements specified in this document.
1. The Customer shall not be liable for any costs associated with the preparation of the Contractor's tender and contractor's participation in any negotiations.
2. The Customer reserves the right to reject the bid of the Contractor for any reason.
3. The Customer reserves the right to cancel this invitation to tender without giving any reason and reserves opportunity to negotiate with the selected Contractor or Contractors to the time of signing the contract. Selecting a Contractor or Contractors for further negotiations does not constitute acceptance of the offer or the allotment within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
4. The Customer reserves that all information provided in this invitation to tender, and any other information and documents to be submitted to the Contractor in connection with the preparation of the bid are legally protected confidential information of the Customer.
5. The Customer does not allow submission of variant tenders – each Contractor under pain of nullity or exclusion may submit only 1 (one) tender.
